Description of service: During each quarterly pest control service, a technician from Carolina Pest Solutions will survey the exterior of your home and crawl space if applicable for entry points or signs of insect activity. A chemical barrier will be applied to the exterior perimeter of your home that is designed to leave a 90-day residual to protect your home from a broad range of crawling insects.
Warranty: Not all insect species are completely preventable. It is normal to see dead or dying cockroaches in the home between quarterly visits. Ants can be flooded into the crawl space during a heavy storm and flying insects including American cockroaches can fly into the home through various areas above ground level. While we cannot absolutely prevent all pest species, our promise is to keep your home under control in regards to insects and rodents. If you are experiencing any of the covered pest species inside of your home with frequency, we will be happy to come back out to inspect / treat whenever possible. There is no charge for follow up services between quarterly visits for interior issues that can be resolved with a single appointment. Bedbugs, Fleas, flying insects, German Cockroaches, and Termites are not covered by general pest control services and will require independent inspections / estimates to have these issues resolved.
